We called Foundation Recovery Systems when we suspected we had an issue with our slab foundation. Stephen Greek was our inspector and was able to fit us into his busy schedule. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He talked to us through the process and when the inspection was completed. Stephen answered all our questions and concerns, and put our minds at ease. I engaged Foundation Recovery Systems to raise the sinking level of the main floor of my house when a trusted friend told me he'd had them do work for him and was very happy. I am also. The company asked that 90 minutes of my time be set aside for the exploration of the site. The representative who came was excellent in explaining the company philosophy and connections, and then went into the crawlspace to check the situation. He came up and outlined what had to be done, the duties of the three-person crew itself, the materials to be used, and drew a schematic of the placement of the jacks. He wrote the estimate, I approved and made a down payment, and a day later, he phoned to tell me the two consecutive days he estimated the job would take. The crew arrived on the dot, and were very respectful of my home as they went about their business. The steel jacks they used looked like they could do the job and last forever. The company warranty extends to the next purchaser. It is expensive; I did not bother to get another estimate, I was sold on their contract and the fact my friend (a lifetime of working in construction) vouched for them.

I appreciate a business that responds in a timely fashion, shows up when they say they will, and has excellent communication. Foundation Recovery Systems has all of that. From the initial consultation with Jeremy White to the actual repair, every step of the way, the technicians contacted me en route to give an arrival time, made sure I knew what work was being done and why, and afterwards, we walked through and they explained everything clearly. The repairs were executed professionally by Chris Meyer and Brandon Saunders. They were very careful to keep my house in order during the work, they used drop clothes, they swept up, hauled off construction materials, and the trench in the yard was dug in very tidy. They didn’t leave a pile of excavated soil or anything for me to clean up after. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. You get the quality you pay for.

I recently noticed a crack within my home and was obviously concerned on what the issue could be. After scheduling a appointment I was nervous about the potential findings. When I met my tech Ken Jordan he was very professional and asked several questions about my home. After doing the inspection I was on on pins and needles to find out what Ken uncovered. To my surprise, nothing of significance was found. Of course he could of made up a reason to have unnecessary work performed but was on the up and up and I couldn't have appreciated his honesty more.

I’ve got to hand it to Foundation Recovery Systems. It’s pretty rare to find a company these days that genuinely takes care of its people, but these guys get it exactly right. What really stood out to me is their employee ownership program. You can tell the guys working on your house actually care because they have real skin in the game. That ownership culture explains why their employee retention is so great, people actually want to stay and work there. Even with how efficient they are, they don't skip a single beat when it comes to the quality of the project. The work is rock solid, and they don't cut corners. Beyond just doing a great job on the foundation, they foster an awesome environment that’s all about helping the customer and giving back to the community. It’s just good people doing great work. Highly recommend them!
