The Foundation Recovery Systems crew that straightened and anchored our basement wall was the best. Mike Williams, foreman, Tyler Bennett, co-foreman, and Kanen Carlson, installer, were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They explained every step in the process, and did an outstanding job. They called to let us know they were on the way and arrived promptly, worked steadily all day, and completed our project as promised. Kevin Macdonald came out to examine the issues we were having with water leaking into our basement. He was outstanding and I am very grateful he was our field inspector. Kevin genuinely loves his job and is passionate about all the different factors that go into foundation and water problems, even explaining the geology of our home and what was surrounding the foundation. He is highly outgoing and took the time to break down everything from the technical process to resolve the issue, to why everything was priced the way it was. Kevin explained things other companies did not even touch on, such as what type of foundation we have (monolithic) and why that meant they would have to go a different route than most repairs on newer foundations. Once Kevin left, I felt more confident and educated to make a decision on whether to fix the issue or move a different direction, as we all know these repairs are not cheap. Thank you, Kevin! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a quote or inspection.
