I called,Foundation Recovery System to check work that had been done by another company. Paul assured me, everything was alright. My husband ask about the repair of our sidewalk. Kevin MacDonald came to our home today because I noticed a couple of cracks above the doors. He explained what he was going to do before he started the inspection. After the inspection, he told us nothing needs to be done and possibly a follow up in the summer due to us being on a crawl space. We have insulation under the floor and just want to make sure we don’t get any mold. This gentleman could have tried selling us some sort of repair but was being honest with us. Having a person/ company that isn’t taking advantage of us is nice. We would recommend this company and Kevin MacDonald to anyone.

Foundation problems suck, let's be honest. Cody Shipley walked us through the options and helped us find something that worked with us.Furthermore, I'm impressed at the hoops the crew installing it had to go through. Our neighborhood streets are being worked on by the city and they had to deal with our street potentially getting closed without notice. They had a plan if it came to that, but thankfully it didn't.

At the end of Feb. 2025 Joel, Coleman and Donald were out to do foundation work on my house. What a GREAT! job. They were polite gentleman the whole time they were here for 2 days. They worked hard. They did at great job of cleaning up. The basement was cleaner than when they started. They came and got me when they wanted me to look at the holes were the piers were going in. When they put in one of the piers the wall moved immediately. The chimney has already straightened up. Good job.

I recently had extensive foundation repairs. Kyle Ducker was very professional and courteous every step of the way. His willingness to address my concerns was very appreciated. I felt like I had experts working for me and the specific needs of my home. That professionalism and expertise followed through during the work process. Clifford and Rylee not only did amazing work – but went above and beyond to answer questions and exhibit patience and courtesy. I am pleased with the completed project, the cleanup, and appreciated Clifford’s follow-up phone call to see if I had any questions. It is obvious that Foundation Recovery Systems operates with a mission statement that honors and respects the customer every step of the way! I would highly recommend this company.
